Instructions

1. Prepare and Sear the Chicken

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken evenly with 21 Salute seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes without disturbing it to achieve a golden sear.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
