The Ingredients & Prep
The first step is preparing the core ingredients for the main dish:
- Chicken: 300g of frozen chicken breast is grated and placed into a bowl.
- Cheese: Two types of cheese are added: 60g of white cheese and 150g of mozzarella cheese.
- Vegetables: Half an onion is cut into small cubes and added.
- Starch: 200g of peeled and grated potatoes are squeezed to remove extra liquid before being added to the mix.
The mixture is then seasoned with one cracked egg, a teaspoon of oregano, a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of black pepper, and mixed thoroughly.
