-
Seasoning: 1 packet Taco seasoning, Salt, and Garlic powder (to taste)
-
Toppings/Finish: 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup Sliced scallions
Instructions

-
Assemble: Transfer the mixture into a prepared (greased) baking dish.
-
Bake: Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and completely melted.
Notes
-
Customization: Add a can of drained black beans or corn to the beef mixture for extra bulk and nutrition.
-
Serving Suggestion: Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, or crushed tortilla chips after baking for extra crunch.
-
Spice Level: Choose a “Mild,” “Medium,” or “Hot” taco sauce to easily control the heat of the final dish.
