- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Filling
- In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Shape the Rolls
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a 12×18-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge, forming a log.
- Using a sharp knife or dental floss, slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
Step 4: Second Rise
- Place the rolls, cut side up, in a greased baking dish.
- Cover loosely and let them rise for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Step 5: Bake the Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
