To make this creamy and flavorful sauce, you’ll need:
- 1 bunch Cilantro (stems and all)
- 1–2 Limes, juiced (adjust based on your preference for tanginess)
- 1–2 Jalapeños, stem removed (add more for extra heat)
- 5–10 cloves Garlic, peeled (the more, the better if you’re a garlic lover!)
- 2 cups Mayonnaise, Hellman’s or Duke’s preferred (for a rich and creamy base)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash the cilantro thoroughly and trim off any wilted leaves.
- Juice the limes to extract fresh, tangy juice.
- Remove the stem from the jalapeños and peel the garlic cloves.
- Blend Until Smooth:
- Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Store and Serve:
- Pour the sauce into a squeeze bottle or airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Enjoy:
- Drizzle over tacos, grilled meats, salads, or use as a dipping sauce for fries and veggies.
