- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small tub of white icing
- 2 drops light blue gel food coloring
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 10 shark gummies
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ⅓ cup water
- Ice
- Milk
- Whipped topping (for topping)
- Additional shark gummies (for garnish)
Instructions
- n a stand mixer, whisk the heavy whipping cream on low speed for 4 minutes, gradually increasing to medium speed until it thickens into whipped cream.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and blue food coloring until evenly distributed.
- Pour half of the blue cream mixture into a 9-inch square pan, then add spoonfuls of white icing on top without mixing.
- Layer the remaining blue cream mixture over the icing and add shark gummies. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Blend frozen strawberries and water until smooth to make the strawberry puree.
- In a blender, combine shark ice cream, ice, and milk, blending until smooth.
- Pour the frappuccino into glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with additional shark gummies.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of ice and milk to achieve your desired frappuccino consistency.
- If you prefer a more intense blue color, add an extra drop of food coloring.
- Substitute strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for a different flavor profile.
