Refreshingly unique and tangy, this Pickle Slushy combines the bold flavors of pickle juice with a sweet twist of fruit punch. Perfect for pickle lovers and adventurous foodies, this easy-to-make drink is both satisfying and hydrating.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 packet fruit punch Kool-Aid
  • 23 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • Pickle slices (for garnish)
  • Tajín or additional sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Measure out 1 cup of pickle juice. Fill 2 cups with ice. Have your packet of fruit punch Kool-Aid ready. Optionally, slice a few pickles for garnish and set them aside.
  • In a blender, combine the pickle juice and ice. Add the packet of fruit punch Kool-Aid to the blender. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Taste the slushy mixture. If desired, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting to taste. Blend again to mix in the sugar thoroughly.
  • Pour the slushy mixture into cups. Top with pickle slices for garnish.
  • Sprinkle Tajín or additional sugar on top of the pickle slices, if desired, for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your unique and refreshing Pickle Slushy!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, use spicy pickle juice or add a dash of hot sauce.
