- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 12 oz uncooked pasta (penne or ziti)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the frozen meatballs, uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the pasta is tender and the meatballs are heated through.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve hot.

- Feel free to customize by adding vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
- You can substitute different cheeses for mozzarella and Parmesan, such as provolone or gouda, for a unique flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
