- 1 lb stew meat
- 1 pack of Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 pack of brown gravy mix
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 can’s worth of beef broth (use the cream of mushroom can to measure)
- Egg noodles
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Add stew meat, Lipton onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Cook the Noodles: About 30 minutes before the beef is done, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine and Serve: Stir the cooked noodles into the crockpot. Mix well and serve hot.
Notes
- Beef Quantity: You can double the stew meat to 2 lbs for a heartier meal without changing the other ingredient measurements.
- Noodle Texture: Add noodles just before serving to avoid them becoming too soft.
- Variations: Add garlic, herbs, or a spicy kick to customize the recipe.
