- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (16 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
